I am a major fan of Tarte Cosmetics. I have several products from them and I never regret buying any of them. Having said that I have a HAUL from Tarte for you. Actually, I only bought two products but I had some points from their rewards program  so I decided to spend them. Let's start! It has a very strong scent to alcohol maybe because it acts as toner.  I never use these types of products that says 3 in 1 as they intended to be.
